Accessing Maileva with Maileva Online or Integration

With Maileva, all companies whatever their size can outsource their printing and mailing activities. In a few clicks from any computer with an internet connection they can reduce their costs, increase their productivity, and allow their employees to focus on their priorities.

Maileva Online is our online solution which is ideal for a single user or several users that need to send letters and mailings. However for larger organisations, for transactional mail i.e. invoices, payslips, etc, or for large teams that produce mail, we recommend Maileva Integration. Maileva is typically free to set up and pay as you go, and with Maileva Online their is no minimum quantity required.

Maileva Online
With Maileva Online you can be up and running with Maileva in minutes. Maileva Online does not require any intervention or an update of your IT system thanks to the SaaS mode (Software as a Service).

You are simply given a login and password which will allows you to access our complete solution online.

The user is in charge of all their operations such as the database rental, the personalisation step, choosing printing and postage options (second class, first class, recorded letter or special delivery), electronic archiving, etc, and benefits from the advantages of a multichannel solution.

Maileva Integration
Integrating Maileva with your IT network is typically free of charge, not a major IT project, and is pay as you go. Maileva is typically integrated with:

• Finance systems: invoices and debt collection letters
• CRM systems: sales letters, reminders, etc
• Sales systems: quotes and letters
• Marketing systems: direct mail, promotional letters, etc
• Admin systems: letters, reminders, memos
• HR systems: payslips, recruitment letters

Maileva integrated solutions consist of putting in place:

• A printing flow: If you mail highly personalised documents on a regular basis then Print Flow may be the best option for you. You create your documents as normal and Maileva converts them into print ready PDF files that can be printed and inserted into envelopes quickly in an automated manner. Each page of the PDF is created with a 2D data matrix so the machines can identify which pages form one mail piece, and the camera technology ensures 100% accuracy. This solution is recommended for recurrent mailings of highly personalised documents such as invoices or debt recovery letters.

• A connector: If you want to integrate Maileva in your existing applications then you can. This requires some of your own internal IT skills but we can provide a technical specification and will undertake testing to ensure everything is set up OK. Most medium and large sized companies have the skills to do this.

As well as mailings Maileva's integrated solutions are ideal for administrative mail i.e. adhoc, unplanned mail produced by a number of people and departments. Typically you cannot consolidate this mail in-house and you do not achieve bulk mail discounts, with Maileva you can.
