Maileva integration

You can integrate Maileva with the IT systems your organisation uses to produce mail i.e. admin, CRM, and finance systems, or even Microsoft Word. Mail produced by your staff is then automatically consolidated, batched, and sent to our ISO9001 accredited printing and mailing centre.

Maileva integration is ideal for organisations looking to gain from the cost saving advantages that print and mail consolidation can provide. Typically these are larger organisations with several people, departments, branches, etc that produce mail. More than just print and mail consolidation
Maileva also provides many other advantages in addition to print and mail consolidation and the cost savings and time savings that print and mail consolidation can offer. With Maileva you can set the user permissions and therefore have control over who can mail what, for example:

  • Allow the finance team to send 1st class mail, but the sales team can only send 2nd class mail
  • Allow the marketing department to produce full colour multipage documents, but limit the admin team to black and white print options
  • Enable the Manager of the contact centre to send documents by Recorded Delivery, but do not give anyone else this permission.


 

Integration options

Print Flow
If you mail highly personalised documents on a regular basis then Print Flow may be the best option for you. You create your documents as normal and Maileva converts them into print ready PDF files that can be printed and inserted into envelopes quickly in an automated manner. Each page of the PDF is created with a 2D data matrix so the machines can identify which pages form one mail piece, and the camera technology ensures 100% accuracy.

Connector (API)
If you want to integrate Maileva in your existing applications so you can benefit from print and mail consolidation then you can. This requires some of your own internal IT skills but we can provide a technical specification and will undertake testing to ensure everything is set up OK. Most medium and large sized companies have the skills to do this.
