Perfect if you want to send highly personalised mail on a regular basis i.e. invoices, quotes, etc, OR if you want a system to manage documents from multiple PCs and mail them as a batch i.e. in Contact Centres, Admin Offices, Sales Departments, etc.

If you mail highly personalised documents on a regular basis then Maileva Integration may be the best option for you. You create your documents as normal and Maileva converts them into print ready PDF files that can be printed and inserted into envelopes quickly in an automated manner. Each page of the PDF is created with a 2D data matrix so the machines can identify which pages form one mail piece, and the camera technology ensures 100% accuracy.

Your staff continue to create their mail in the normal way i.e. using a CRM system, invoicing system, quoting system, etc, but instead of their documents being routed to a local printer in the office (or print-room) they are automatically batched up and sent over the internet to our printing and mailing facility.

You can choose in advance which printing and postage options each user or department can output i.e. Sales Department quotes are sent 1st class printed full colour, and invoices produced by Susan in the Finance Deparment are sent second class printed black, etc.
